Key Call Management Features include call transfer, forwarding, conferencing, muting, do-not-disturb mode, hold, callback, intercom, and paging functions.

The application offers seamless integration with both corporate directories and native device contacts, facilitating quick and efficient contact management.

Presence status functionality enables users to set their own availability indicators and view the presence status of other extension users within the organization.

Voicemail access is available from any location, ensuring that opportunities are not missed regardless of the user's whereabouts.

Users can send and receive Instant Messages (IM) and SMS directly through the app, enhancing real-time communication.

The application supports Wi-Fi to cellular handover and vice versa, allowing active application calls to transition between network types without disconnection or redialing.

The Busy Lamp Field (BLF) feature provides real-time monitoring of other extensions or trunks to determine availability status—whether they are available, busy, ringing, or on hold.

One-touch transfer functionality enables users to transfer ongoing calls to fixed extensions swiftly without manual dialing, streamlining call management.

Designed for versatile work environments, the app offers anywhere access to all call management features typically available on desk phones, whether working remotely from the field or home.

The Single Number Reach feature ensures calls are not missed by routing incoming calls across multiple devices or numbers.

System requirements include compatibility with all variants of Matrix ETERNITY and Matrix NAVAN systems configured with Master application version V11R3 or higher.
