The Matrix SPARSH M2S is a mobile softphone application designed for iPhone devices, providing access to the comprehensive features of the Matrix ETERNITY IP-PBX and Matrix NAVAN systems for users on the move.

Key Call Management Features include call transfer, forwarding, conferencing, muting, do-not-disturb mode, hold, callback, intercom, and paging functions.

The application offers seamless integration with both corporate directories and native device contacts, facilitating quick and efficient contact management.

Presence status functionality enables users to set their own availability indicators and view the presence status of other extension users within the organization.

Voicemail access is available from any location, ensuring that opportunities are not missed regardless of the user's whereabouts.

Users can send and receive Instant Messages (IM) and SMS directly through the app, enhancing real-time communication.

The application supports Wi-Fi to cellular handover and vice versa, allowing active application calls to transition between network types without disconnection or redialing.

The Busy Lamp Field (BLF) feature provides real-time monitoring of other extensions or trunks to determine availability status—whether they are available, busy, ringing, or on hold.

One-touch transfer functionality enables users to transfer ongoing calls to fixed extensions swiftly without manual dialing, streamlining call management.

Designed for versatile work environments, the app offers anywhere access to all call management features typically available on desk phones, whether working remotely from the field or home.

The Single Number Reach feature ensures calls are not missed by routing incoming calls across multiple devices or numbers.

The application supports multiple languages including English, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish, catering to diverse user preferences.

System requirements include compatibility with all variants of Matrix ETERNITY and Matrix NAVAN systems configured with Master application version V11R3 or higher.

<li>VOIP over Mobile/Cellular Data: Some carriers may restrict or prohibit VoIP usage over their networks and may impose additional charges. Usage of the app implies agreement to your carrier’s policies. Matrix Comsec Pvt. Ltd. disclaims liability for any charges or liabilities resulting from VOIP use over cellular networks. While using Wi-Fi is recommended for optimal call quality, voice and video connection quality depend on network strength and stability.</li>
<li>Emergency Services: The app is not intended for emergency calls or services. Its use for emergency communications is not advised, and neither Matrix Comsec Pvt. Ltd. nor its affiliates assume liability for any costs or damages arising from such use.</li>
